PicoCrate uses a simple monthly subscription model with included minutes. You pay a flat monthly fee that includes a set number of call minutes. If you exceed your included minutes, you pay a competitive per-minute overage rate. There are no hidden fees or long-term contracts required.

Minutes are counted based on actual talk time with your AI voice agent. This includes the time from when a call is answered until it ends. Voicemails, transfers to live agents, and internal testing calls do not count against your included minutes.

Yes, there is a one-time setup fee that covers the initial configuration of your AI voice agent. This includes customizing your call scripts, integrating with your calendar and CRM, setting up your phone numbers, and training the AI on your specific business needs.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be prorated for the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no penalties for changing plans.

If you exceed your plan's included minutes, you'll be charged the overage rate for additional minutes used. Overage rates range from $0.10 to $0.15 per minute depending on your plan. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit so there are no surprises.

No long-term contracts are required. All plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel at any time. We believe in earning your business every month with great service, not locking you into lengthy commitments.

Yes, we offer a 15% discount when you pay annually instead of monthly. Contact our sales team to set up annual billing and receive your discount.
