Example first-year monthly commissions: about $39.80 on Essentials ($199), $89.80 on Growth ($449), and $159.80 on Premium ($799), paid on net collected revenue.

Month-to-month customers pay 20% for months 1-12 and 10% after month 12 while active; prepaid customers use the higher prepaid rates. Refunds, chargebacks, unpaid invoices, taxes, fees, free trials, usage pass-through overages, and cancellations inside the 45-day clawback window are excluded or clawed back.
