Each plan includes a set number of minutes, with additional minutes available at competitive overage rates. There's also a one-time setup fee ranging from $497 to $2,997 depending on your plan.

Yes, there is a one-time setup fee that covers the initial configuration of your AI voice agent. This includes customizing your call scripts, integrating with your calendar and CRM, setting up your phone numbers, and training the AI on your specific business needs. Setup fees range from $497 (Starter) to $2,997 (Healthcare).

Minutes are counted based on actual talk time with your AI voice agent. This includes the time from when a call is answered until it ends. Voicemails, transfers to live agents, and internal testing calls do not count against your included minutes.

If you exceed your plan's included minutes, you'll be charged the overage rate for additional minutes used. Overage rates range from $0.10 to $0.15 per minute depending on your plan. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit so there are no surprises.

No long-term contracts are required. All plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel at any time. We believe in earning your business every month with great service, not locking you into lengthy commitments.
